KB Intake SOP

Standard operating procedure for moving content from notes to the Vault.

Process

  1. Draft in Obsidian / Notion — Create initial content in your preferred note-taking system.
  2. Normalize front-matter — Ensure YAML front matter follows the standard format with title, description, and updated date.
  3. Publish to Vault and index — Move content to the appropriate directory in the Vault and update indexes.

Front Matter Format

All content should include YAML front matter:
